Otimo is a LOCAL Canadian company started by Silvia Martinelli a Brazilian Immigrant  that developed Otimo - Brazilian Style Cheese Puffs - a line of naturally gluten-friendly, products based on an traditional recipe from Brazil called “pão de queijo” (cheese puff or cheese bread). "Pao de Queijo" has been around for centuries in Brazil and the product is extremely popular around South America due to its flavor and unique texture. These tasty, ready to bake puffs are made with authentic Manioc Flour from Brazil as well as high quality, and natural local ingredients. Otimo Cheese Puffs are also: Sugar free and Vegetarian.

Otimo started from our dream to share our favorite Brazilian treats with Canada. 

The Brazilian Cheese Puffs (aka pão de queijo) happens to be naturally gluten-free and is made with 100% natural ingredients. (Our products are labeled Gluten-Friendly as they are currently made in a shared facility with possibility of cross contamination). Our authentic Brazilian recipe combined with fresh local ingredients resulted in a unique texture, soft and moist inside and crispy on the outside which makes them a perfect snack for any occasion: breakfast, appetizer, lunch, dinner, cocktails parties... you name it.
